Order process

1. Send your order to our sales and ask for PI for order confirmation.
2. Remit down payment to account stated in PI
3. Provide shipping instruction to us one 2-5 days before delivery.
4. Remit balance payment after receive our goods readiness notification.


Usually our payment term is T/T by bank or by other payment channels. Small payment for samples can be paid through Paypal or Western union. Batch order payment accept bank wire transfer.


Most usual shipping ways for our LED lights are by express, by air or by sea. You can organize shipping yourself by designating a forwarder, or ask us to organize the transportation. Recommend later option, if you has no long time cooperated forwarder in our nearby location.
- Small package use express which provides fast door to door service, custom tax in local country or area.
- Medium package shipping weight between 50-500kg, is suggested to be transported by air.
- Heavy goods are suggested to use sea shipping which is cost economic but slow.


All products if without extra agreement or specially stated has one year warranty since delivery.
If any faulty product found during warranty period, please inform us in first time and provide necessary tracking information, include but not limited as faulty product photo, serial numbers if any, description, found date, install date, installation and use conditions etc.
Send these information to our sales people who is responsible for taking care your business. We will handle your feedback in time and make replacement accordingly.
